Job Summary
Check in members at the welcome desk, greet them, and provide energetic tours while assisting with enrollment. Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities and encourage participation in fitness classes. Ensure the club remains super clean and help the team deliver a judgment-free environment where members feel like family. Shifts vary and may include weekends and holidays. You must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
- Must be able to communicate
- Must be able to handle potentially hazardous chemicals
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
- Must be self-motivated
- Must think like an entrepreneur
- Must deliver consistently and over the top results
- Must be on-time dependable
