Job Summary
Greet and check in members at the welcome desk, providing energetic tours, farewells, and enrollment assistance. Engage current members to encourage their fitness journey while introducing Black Card amenities to both new and existing guests. Maintain a clean, judgment-free environment by ensuring the club is super clean and handling hazardous chemicals safely. Identify opportunities to refer members to fitness trainers for classes and drive positive change through consistent, over-the-top results. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, requiring on-time dependability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
