Job Summary
Operational role delivering accurate, timely membership operations across a defined group of AFL Clubs. You will support fulfilment, member entitlements, access and payment plan administration, set up and maintenance of membership systems, data updates, and process discipline to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery during peak periods. The role emphasizes data integrity, reporting, and continuous improvement, with collaboration across teams and clear guidance from senior members in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
