Job Summary
Check in members at the welcome desk, greet them, and provide energetic tours while assisting with enrollment. Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities and encourage them to join fitness classes. Ensure the club remains super clean and maintain a judgment-free environment that fosters member success. Assist with fun, non-high-pressure club activities and support the entire team in delivering a positive experience. Shifts may vary and include weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
- On-time dependability
