Job Summary
Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness duties include delivering an unprecedented member experience, checking in members, welcoming and guiding them, leading tours and enrollments, promoting Black Card amenities, and maintaining a clean, judgment-free club environment. Requires high energy, positive attitude, ability to engage members to help them achieve fitness goals, and physical ability to assist with tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs; position may involve varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Birthdate confirms minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong customer service skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform physical tasks as needed
