Job Summary
Greet and check in members at the welcome desk, handling enrollments, farewells, and energetic, non-high-pressure club tours. Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities and guide them to fitness classes. Maintain a clean, judgment-free environment while encouraging members to achieve their goals and become raving fans. Assist the fitness trainer in promoting class sign-ups and ensure the club remains super clean. This role requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual with a passion for helping others. You must be on-time and dependable, with a high school diploma or GED. The position involves physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling hazardous chemicals. Required Qualifications
- Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
- On-time dependability
