Job Summary
Check in members at the welcome desk, greet them, and provide energetic tours while assisting with enrollment and other club responsibilities. Engage current and potential members to encourage their fitness journey, introduce Black Card amenities, and help them feel like family in a judgment-free environment. Ensure the club remains super clean and support the fitness team in finding new members for classes. Shifts vary and may include weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
