Job Summary
Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Yarrabilba leads daily club operations, drives sales growth through call drives and local promotions, and delivers outstanding member experiences. The role focuses on managing a high-energy team, executing targeted marketing initiatives, and maintaining exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will oversee administration, supplier relationships, and content creation for external engagement, with a passion for fitness and a collaborative, results-driven mindset. Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification are required, and some Saturdays are essential. The position is a contract role with the potential for future opportunities within the JVC Group, based in Logan Village, Queensland.
Required Qualifications
- Previous club management experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Availability to work some Saturdays is essential
- Working with Children Check (required for shortlisted candidates)
- First Aid certification
- CPR certification
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities
- Confident with content creation and comfortable appearing on camera
- Sociable, outgoing, and team-oriented
