Job Summary
Drive membership and personal training sales by achieving goals set by leadership. Lead team members by example to ensure daily high performance, while providing members with top-tier equipment, guidance, and value-added services. Communicate regularly with members to maintain engagement and organize community events to drive new sign-ups. Maintain facility standards by ensuring equipment and cleanliness consistently meet company requirements. Instruct clients on Snap Fitness training techniques to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate team members
- Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
- Desire for longevity
- Must be very coachable
- Must be able to instruct others on the Snap Fitness training techniques in order to help clients achieve their fitness goals
