Job Summary
Manage sales budgets and analyze data to drive proactive strategies for improving club performance and hitting targets. Lead the delivery of exceptional member experiences by resolving concerns and overseeing projected profit and loss levels. Recruit, train, and retain staff while conducting weekly 1:1s with departmental leaders and managing annual performance appraisals. This role requires leadership experience with 5+ reports in a high-volume fitness environment and strong stakeholder management skills. You will join Goodlife Health Clubs, Australia's premier fitness organization, operating 97 premium locations across Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management
- Exceptional verbal, written and time management skills
- Experience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&L
- Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
