Job Summary
Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising team members. Manage front desk tasks including greeting members, conducting tours, and resolving service issues while maintaining club image and adhering to all policies. Ensure prompt opening and closing, coordinate staff schedules, handle supply ordering and inventory tracking, and coach team performance to meet company standards. Provide support for both staff and members, ensuring all current marketing promotions are implemented effectively.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
