Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising team members. Manage front desk tasks including greeting members, conducting tours, and resolving service issues while ensuring prompt opening and closing. Provide coaching and counseling to staff to meet company standards and maintain accurate inventory through supply ordering. Ensure all team members adhere to policies and stay updated on marketing promotions. Maintain a positive club image and support both employees and members throughout all business hours.
