Club Manager

Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising team members. Manage front desk tasks including greeting members, conducting tours, and resolving service issues while ensuring prompt opening and closing of the facility. Provide coaching and counseling to staff, maintain accurate supply ordering and inventory tracking, and ensure adherence to all company policies and marketing promotions. Ensure the club remains open and adequately staffed during all business hours.
