Club Manager

Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising team members. Manage front desk tasks including greeting members, conducting tours, and resolving service issues while ensuring prompt opening and closing of the facility. Provide coaching and counseling to staff to achieve company standards, maintain inventory, and enforce all policies and procedures. Ensure the club remains open and staffed during all business hours with accurate marketing promotion implementation.
