Club Manager

Oversee gym operations to ensure an exceptional member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff including Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians. Schedule shifts, lead by example through coaching, and resolve employee issues or disciplinary matters. Manage front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, processing new sign-ups, and taking tours. Ensure prompt opening and closing, oversee facility cleanliness and maintenance, and determine equipment repairs. Handle administrative tasks including payroll processing, authorizing expenditures, daily bank deposits, and preparing HR forms. Track statistics and reports while managing marketing efforts and providing backup support for absent employees.
