Job Summary
Club Manager responsible for driving revenue, protecting brand standards, building talent pipelines, executing company OKRs, and delivering outstanding member experiences at a Planet Fitness club. You lead as the CEO of your club, owning performance and revenue, ensuring operational excellence, enforcing policies, developing high-performing teams, and creating a welcoming, proactive member environment. Key duties include driving top-line revenue through memberships, retail, and amenities; analyzing reporting to identify trends; executing promotions; coaching and developing staff; maintaining inspection-ready standards; and maintaining equipment and facility upkeep, all while upholding the Judgement Free Zone brand.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven management experience
- Data-driven and comfortable making performance-based decisions
- Able to build culture while driving accountability
- Competitive, ambitious, and growth-oriented
- Leadership experience and ability to recruit and develop talent
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and service recovery skills
