Job Summary
Club Manager at Planet Fitness in East Broadway, Tucson will oversee gym operations to deliver an exceptional, judgment-free member experience and drive financial success. Lead a team including Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians; recruit, hire, train, and develop staff; manage scheduling, payroll administration, and staff performance; handle member inquiries, tours, sign-ups, and front-desk activities; ensure facility cleanliness and safety; oversee equipment maintenance and marketing promotion execution; manage expenditures, deposits, and HR-related forms; track statistics and generate reports.
Required Qualifications
- Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry
- Experience working as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness
- Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Current CPR Certification required
