Job Summary
Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising team members. Manage front desk tasks including greeting members, conducting tours, and resolving service issues while ensuring prompt opening and closing. Coach staff on performance, company policies, and marketing promotions to maintain a positive club image. Complete manager onboarding tasks in Paycom for new hires and track inventory for supplies. Ensure the club remains open and staffed during all business hours. Requires at least one year of managerial experience and strong customer service skills. Free membership for self and one family member included.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
- Honesty and good work ethic
