Job Summary
Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience and financial success. Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff; manage front desk tasks, member tours, and service issues. Ensure opening/closing, cleanliness, and daily maintenance of the facility. Handle weekly payroll, oversee marketing execution, authorize expenditures, process bank deposits, and prepare new hire paperwork for regional oversight. Requires strong customer service, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
