Club Manager

Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising team members. Manage front desk tasks including greeting members, conducting tours, and resolving service issues while ensuring prompt opening and closing. Provide coaching to staff on company standards and marketing promotions, maintain inventory, and complete onboarding for new hires. Ensure all team members adhere to policies and that the club remains staffed during all business hours. Requires at least one year of managerial experience and strong customer service skills.
