Job Summary
Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experiences and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising team members. Manage front desk tasks including greetings, tours, and service issues while ensuring prompt opening and closing. Provide coaching to staff on company standards, marketing promotions, and inventory tracking. Maintain a positive club image and adhere to all policies. Requires at least one year of managerial experience and strong customer service skills. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
