Job Summary
Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and a financially successful club. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members; manage front desk activities including greetings, tours, and member service issues; ensure club opens and closes on time; implement current marketing promotions; coach performance to meet company standards; maintain positive club image; ensure adherence to policies and procedures and proper inventory management; coordinate onboarding in Paycom; provide support to staff and members while upholding high customer service and communication standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent managerial experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
