The Club Manager will oversee the operation of an assigned location, ensuring high standards of member experience and revenue generation. Responsibilities include mentoring a team of Member Services Representatives, managing staffing, creating a positive culture, addressing member inquiries, and maintaining club cleanliness and operational efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are critical, along with a passion for the fitness industry and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

- 1-2 years of successful unit management experience
