Job Summary
Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and a financially successful club. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising team members; ensuring excellent member service and front desk activities (greeting members, gym tours, resolving service issues); maintaining a positive club image; coaching and counseling staff to meet company standards; ensuring timely opening/closing and adherence to policies; coordinating staff training on promotions and onboarding in Paycom; ensuring the club is open and staffed during all hours; managing supplies and inventory; and fostering strong customer service, communication, and leadership within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
