Club Manager

Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising team members. Manage front desk tasks including greeting members, conducting tours, and addressing service issues while ensuring prompt opening and closing. Provide coaching and counseling to staff and team members to achieve company standards, maintain a positive club image, and ensure adherence to all policies. Track inventory for supplies and complete onboarding paperwork in Paycom for new hires. Ensure staff are trained on current marketing promotions and that the club remains open and staffed during all business hours.
