Job Summary
Coordinate club operations by greeting members, executing retail transactions, and managing membership functions including sign-ups and billing updates. Create staff schedules, process timecards in ADP, and handle bank deposits while overseeing supply ordering and facility maintenance. Lead the team through hiring, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring all shifts are covered and cleaning assignments are completed. Resolve escalated member concerns, address safety issues, and trend key performance indicators to drive improvement. Work over 40 hours per week to support club priorities and member engagement in a Judgement Free Zone environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years Customer Service experience
- 2-3 years of experience supervising and leading a team
- Must be able to work over 40 hours per week as needed to ensure proper coverage at the club
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
