Club Manager

Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising team members. Manage front desk tasks including greeting members, conducting tours, and resolving service issues while ensuring prompt opening and closing. Provide coaching, counseling, and support to staff, adhering to all company policies and tracking inventory for supplies. Maintain a positive club image and ensure team members are trained on current marketing promotions. Requires at least one year of managerial experience and strong customer service skills.
