Job Summary
The Club Manager is responsible for all club operations under the supervision of the Senior General Manager, including staffing to meet goals, recruitment, achieving monthly KPI targets, delivering exceptional member experiences, managing payroll/timecards, maintaining club safety and cleanliness, enforcing policies, driving membership sales, and developing staff to transform members’ lives. responsibilities also include coaching and development, conducting performance reviews, coordinating regional meetings, and supporting front-desk activities to enroll/manage/cancel members while upholding NFP standards and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- High school education/GED
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Management experience preferred (Planet Fitness background)
