Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience and financial success. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members while managing front desk tasks like greetings, tours, and service issues. Provide coaching and counseling to achieve company standards, ensuring prompt opening and closing of the facility. Maintain positive club image by tracking inventory, ordering supplies, and confirming staff adherence to policies and marketing promotions. Ensure all team members are trained on current promotions and that the club remains open and staffed during all business hours.
