Job Summary
Club Manager responsible for overseeing gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and financial success. Duties include recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling and supervising staff; managing front desk tasks and member tours; handling member service issues; ensuring gym openings/closings; overseeing cleanliness; processing payroll; coordinating marketing efforts; authorizing expenditures and daily bank deposits; preparing new hire forms; and providing backup coverage. Required skills include excellent customer service, strong communication and leadership, organizational abilities, and basic computer proficiency; physical capability to stand/walk most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
