Club Manager

Oversee gym operations to ensure an exceptional member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff including Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians. Schedule shifts, lead by example, and resolve employee issues while managing disciplinary actions and payroll processing. Handle front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, facilitating new sign-ups, and taking prospective member tours. Ensure prompt opening and closing, oversee facility cleanliness and maintenance, determine equipment repairs, and manage marketing efforts. Authorize expenditures, make daily bank deposits, prepare HR forms, and track statistics. Maintain safety and address member requests directly. Backup support for absent employees.
