Club Manager

Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising team members. Manage front desk tasks including greeting members, conducting tours, and resolving service issues while ensuring prompt opening and closing. Provide coaching to staff on company standards, marketing promotions, and policies, and handle supply ordering and inventory tracking. Maintain a positive club image and support both team members and customers through active listening and problem-solving. Ensure all staff adhere to procedures and are aware of current promotions.
