Club Manager

Oversee gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising team members. Manage front desk tasks including greeting members, conducting tours, and resolving service issues while ensuring prompt opening and closing. Provide coaching to staff, maintain inventory, and enforce company policies and marketing promotions. Ensure the club remains open and staffed during all business hours. This role reports to the District Manager at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness.
