Job Summary
Club Manager leads full club operations, recruits and staffs the team, achieves monthly KPI goals, delivers exceptional member service, manages payroll and scheduling, ensures club safety and cleanliness, enforces policies, drives membership sales and community outreach, and mentors staff to develop skills and performance while reporting progress to the Senior General Manager. The role requires strong customer service, leadership, coaching, and the ability to manage multiple operational duties in a fitness-club environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school education/GED
- Management experience preferred (Planet Fitness)
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
