Club Manager

Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising team members. Manage front desk tasks including greeting members, conducting tours, and resolving service issues while ensuring prompt opening and closing. Provide coaching to staff on company standards, marketing promotions, and policies, and handle supply ordering and inventory tracking. Complete onboarding for new hires in Paycom and maintain a positive club image. Ensure the club remains open and staffed during all business hours while adhering to all company procedures.
