Job Summary
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff while overseeing gym operations to ensure positive member experiences and financial success. Manage front desk tasks, process weekly payroll, authorize expenditures, and make daily bank deposits. Oversee cleanliness, including taking responsibility for the largest section of daily cleaning, and facilitate member service issues. Conduct member tours, manage marketing efforts, and ensure prompt opening and closing of the gym. Backup support any employee out due to illness. Requires high school diploma, supervisory experience, and strong customer service skills. Full-time role with physical demands including standing and walking 75% of the shift.
Required Qualifications

- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time
