Job Summary
Oversee gym operations to ensure positive member experience and financial success by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff. Manage front desk tasks including member tours, service issue resolution, and prompt opening/closing. Authorize expenditures, process payroll, and handle daily bank deposits while maintaining cleanliness across the facility. Lead marketing efforts and prepare new hire forms for regional managers. Provide backup support for employees out due to illness. Requires high school diploma, supervisory experience, and strong customer service skills. Full-time role with physical demands of standing 75% of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
