Job Summary
Club Manager at Anytime Fitness - MDS Fitness in Bismarck, ND; responsible for delivering a world-class member experience through facility tours, sign-up processes, and coaching, while building and maintaining customer financial profiles and driving membership sales. Duties include sales/portfolio management for membership growth, facility management, delivering exceptional service, handling member requests, pursuing community partnerships, and serving as a Brand Ambassador to promote the Anytime Fitness brand. Indirect supervision of 2-5 staff; requires strong communication, coachability, problem-solving, and a passion for health and fitness. Must work from the facility with the listed schedule (Mon-Thu 11a-7p, Fri 8a-12p). Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and CPR/AED certification.
