Job Summary
Drive membership and personal training sales to achieve monthly goals while connecting with prospects and current members to schedule tours and support retention. Implement local marketing campaigns using organic social media to strengthen brand awareness and build community connections. Ensure every member enjoys a clean, welcoming experience by performing daily and deep cleaning tasks, sanitizing equipment, and maintaining restrooms. Handle weekly bank deposits, till counts, and inventory tracking while overseeing the Personal Training department and managing timecards. Assist members with delinquent accounts and address concerns to prevent cancellations. Work closely with the Lead Manager or Regional Manager to ensure overall club success.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Self-starter
- Less than 10% travel on an annual basis
- CPR, First Aid and AED certified
- Ability to obtain certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Training Certification
- 1-3 years of Sales experience
