Job Summary
Club Manager role overseeing daily gym operations, member experience, growth initiatives, and team leadership. Responsibilities include driving membership and personal training sales to meet monthly goals, engaging prospects and members through tours and outreach, implementing local marketing, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment, addressing delinquent payments, maintaining equipment and facilities, handling weekly deposits and inventory, overseeing the Personal Training department, managing timecards and staffing, and participating in regular leadership meetings to drive club performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to lead a team
- CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred; ability to obtain certifications is required
- Personal Training Certification a plus
- 1-3 years of Sales experience preferred
