Job Summary
Club Manager leads the club's operations and profitability, delivering on strategic priorities, ensuring a great member experience, managing Team Members, developing talent, and maintaining a safe, positive environment. Responsibilities include guiding the team with clear direction, communicating effectively, monitoring costs, driving profitability, staying aware of local market trends, and achieving planned sales targets through supervision of operations and staff development. Requires 4+ years of retail/store/warehouse operations management, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to lead a large team; open-shift availability and age 18+ are required.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager required
- A strong drive for results and solid work ethic is required
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must be able to lead and motivate a large team
- Solid understanding of profit & loss statements, shrink control, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution required
- High school diploma and/or college degree preferred
- Open shift availability required
- At least 18 years of age
