Club Maintenance Engineer IV

Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces, including flipping mattresses, vacuuming, spot cleaning carpets, dusting, touch-up painting, and repairing light fixtures. Perform general cleaning of guestroom surfaces, tubs, and hard floors while reporting serious maintenance problems or safety hazards immediately to the manager. Tighten loose fixtures, change light bulbs, and patch wall holes as needed. Follow all company safety policies, complete required certifications, and maintain a professional appearance. Reach overhead and below the knees, lifting objects up to 50 pounds with assistance for heavier items. Work extended shifts standing, sitting, or walking.
