Club Lounge Supervisor

Oversee the daily operations of The Ritz-Carlton Club to maintain high service standards; respond to special guest requests and arrange services (transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning); provide guests with information about the hotel and local events; handle guest calls and requests, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure follow-up; review shift logs and memos to prioritize outstanding requests; monitor and order general office supplies; notify Loss Prevention of theft reports; leverage strong guest interaction and problem-solving skills to sustain an exceptional guest experience.
