Club Lounge Concierge

Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests; prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages; stock ice, glassware, and supplies; anticipate and communicate replenishment needs; wash dishes and serving utensils; complete opening and closing duties; document pertinent information in the department logbook; forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen; welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate with guests using clear professional language; build positive working relationships, comply with quality standards, and support team goals; move and lift objects up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods as required.
