Job Summary
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest wellbeing while maintaining cleanliness of the bar, tables, and tools. Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages, stock ice and glassware, and wash dishes as needed. Complete opening and closing duties, requisition supplies, secure storage areas, and document information in the department logbook. Forecast meal requirements, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome guests according to company standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
