Club Lounge Attendant

Make coffee, prepare and set up breakfast buffet according to Marriott and hotel standards, and maintain food and beverage buffet cleanliness. Greet guests and respond to requests via telephone in a friendly, courteous manner, while communicating with managers regarding in-house groups, Elite guests, and special events. Promptly remove dishes as guests depart and comply with attendance rules to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. This role supports the At Your Service team by ensuring high standards of guest service during AM and weekend shifts.
