Club Lounge Attendant

Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest wellbeing. Maintain cleanliness of bar, tables, and tools while preparing and serving hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages. Stock ice, glassware, and supplies; wash dishes and complete opening and closing duties. Requisition supplies from the storeroom, secure liquor storage areas, and document information in the department logbook. Forecast meal requirements, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and welcome guests according to company standards. Follow all policies, maintain professional appearance, and perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
