Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas, returning gear to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing the daily cleaning checklist. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas while inspecting china, glass, and silver for cleanliness prior to use. Practice clean-as-you-go procedures to maintain workspace standards throughout the shift. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards while speaking with clear, professional language. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager immediately.
