Club Lounge Agent (Local)

Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and change requests; secure payments and activate room keys. Verify billing, document exceptions, and clear departures in the computer system while coordinating with Housekeeping. Operate the telephone switchboard, answer guest calls, and arrange transportation. Count and secure the bank, process cash and vouchers, and notify Loss Prevention of theft reports. Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure professional appearance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 pounds.
