Job Summary
Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure an unforgettable guest experience at the Erie Insurance Arena. Maintain a clean work environment, utilize the POS system efficiently, and learn menu details to explain ingredients and preparation methods. Establish pre-function side work, verify equipment condition, and monitor alcohol service compliance with ECCCA policies. Complete end-of-event cleaning and perform other assigned duties while attending required staff meetings. Work flexible evening, weekend, and holiday shifts with a guaranteed hourly rate plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- RAMP certified or willing to obtain certification through Erie Events
- Must satisfactorily fulfill all other departmental training requirements
- Must utilize excellent guest service skills
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be able to communicate clearly with patrons
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- One year of server experience preferred
